What are some common health issues in people

Hi Friends, I am not going to discuss COVID-19. But this time I would like to mention a few of those problems which we are facing in daily life. Some of the people already started to adjust their life with those problems with the help of pills or some other instant relief solutions.

Headache

In our daily routine, our mind is working almost 24×7, people are struggling with those problems which are on more priority like, EMI on time, Learn so many Passwords, prove talent on daily basis, secure their job every moment. There is no time to relax our minds. then the headache comes. Even if Headache starts we keep pushing and keep going with the help of some tablet ie. Disprin or Crocin.

Hairfall

This is a trending illness and found very commonly in both genders, On an average 7 out of 10 people are suffering from hair fall. Though I am not a Dermatologist so I can’t suggest you try some medicine or shampoo. But yes I can share my experience with you, I found the main cause of hair fall, which is a Non-routine Diet and Too much tension. Also One piece of advice, you can try to prevent hair fall but you can’t regain if they gone.

Anger & Hypertension

Today’s lifestyle is very fast and competitive also we don’t have time to realize about us and our personality. Even we can’t imagine the quality of your thoughts become worst. People become more greedy. Their brains are full of greed, lust, revenge, power, money, and selfishness. All these things reduce the capacity of thinking and patience. As a result, feelings come out in the form of anger and hypertension.

Insomnia/Sleep Problems

Yeah! Sleep problem is very common in people, I don’t blame smartphones and the internet for this condition because these things invented to make our life easy but we started to depend on these technologies. The mind works really hard for the planning of all your work, relationship, EMIs, savings, future plans, and this overthinking habit and too much use of smartphone affect our sleep quality. Over a period of time, this condition converts into INSOMNIA and comes along with many other diseases.

Okay, I would like to share some of my suggestions –

  • Do some exercises (at least a little bit)
  • Yoga
  • Give some time yourself
  • Observe your personality
  • Balance your food & Diet
  • Don’t think too much
  • Don’t use smartphone too much (Leave the phone at least 40 minutes before sleep)
  • Involve yourself in other activity which makes you happy.
  • Earn Money but don’t forget “Health is Wealth”
  • If possible Wake up before SUNRISE
